Default doubt about Compression Ratio if i boost my hatch

like some guys know ,im looking for to boost my SiR-II and i would like to run about 8 psi with T3/T04E stock internals.. so..

ive a table about compression vs boost..

and its theoretically but.. if a run about 8 psi on my hatch with CR 10.4:1 i will run about 16 : 1 or so of CR?? is it not VERY high compression and it will blow my engine? i know good tune is necessary but.. after to see this im thinking in to add in my list of stuff for to buy a headgasket more thick for to down the CR... what do you think?

Interesting chart, so me having 9.7:1 CR at 8 psi will be at about 15:1 CR

This is what I have done....

B16 motor(totally stock) + 11.5 psi + good tune + 35K miles = NO PROBLEMS...still perfect compression all the way across.

10-14# on a b16 with a decent sized t3 isnt big ----.

Do what you can to drop the compression (thicket head gasket maybe), but you should have no problem running 300whp daily with a stock B16 as long as you have good tuning (Chipped ECU with Crome). What "PSI" you run doesn't mean anything, this number can differ quite a bit depending on your turbo and setup.
