Thanks, i still think my BOV flange(jb weld)may have a small leak though. I'll look at it this weekend though

Ive found that sometimes its better to run no gasket at all between the manifold and turbo. If both flanges are straight and all 4 bolts tight, it shouldnt leak. Im not running one on my teg, homemade log mani with 1/2" flange bolted to a 16g, had it set to 17psi for the last 1.5 months with 0 leaks. Alot of the newer porsches dont run gaskets between the turbo either. I think its just something else to go wrong. Even if it did leak for some reason, you wouldnt have the gap left over from the gasket so the leak would be minimal at best.

Yeah I thought about running it like that as well. I already bought the gasket so i'll run it on for now. But i was thinking the same thing, thanks for the advise
