update:

I've got the system. It took 2.5 months, and I bunch of crap that I went through. And Ricky only started to take care of the so many unhappy customers because he got banned from H-T, so he couldn't sell his stuff there ... and that's a realy big deal.

anyways, one of the mods (Type X) went into personal PMs and phone call with me, so he kinda pushed Ricky a bit, so I've got a call from him finally and we resolved this crap.

.. hm, it had to be H-T to step in hard so that Ricky started taking care of orders and such ..
