Nope not at all but soldering is a good skill to have. I have done alot of ecu's for people who did the tuning themselves just didnt want to deal with soldering end.
Whatever xenocron sells will be a better deal than the omni stuff price wise for sure.

Soldering is a good skill, but I know I'm capable (not financially) of putting a turbo setup together and wouldn't touch my ECU. Mostly because, it's cheaper for me to pay someone else to do the soldering than risk ------- an ECU.
