Eh, I thought that intercooler was extrude at first glance. My bad. That IC is ok. I don't think that gap would be a bad thing, but I am no intercooler expert.

The second one I posted from the ebay link, looks like simular construction to the Spearco you posted, that's why I asked.

Yeah, that Spearco isn't a true Spearco. I guess the core is Spearco, but the end talks are welded on by the seller. The Spearco is kinda painted on real cheesy. I was upset about that, but the actual intercooler was very nice. The welds are very nice also.
