Default Did I choose right?

Hello all, brand new to posting even though I've been reading the forums for the last few months. I've been reading and doing the calculations for the correct siize turbo for my B16A2 and after looking at the compressor maps, I believe I know which one to go with, but not totally sure. (Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!).

From what I've been able to determine I should use either a:

TO4E - "40" Trim
or
TO4E - "46" Trim

Now my other question would be: are either one of these gonna be bad for lag? or should I be looking more towards a T3/TO4B or a T3/TO4E to decrease the amount of lag?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

I have a HP goal of about 230 on stock internals...btw

t3/t04e 57 trim at about 8 psi will get you somewhere between 230-250 whp with the right tune, and be a lot less laggy than a straight t4....
