I have fitting from napa that is a little lose. I use some JB Weld on the threads, threaded her in, let it sit and have never had a problem.

I have used the banjo bolt with the stevemode line, what I did was took a three inch section of rubber hose and clamped it around the banjo side than slipped the other side over a threaded fitting which was screwed into the stevemde line, clamped it up and never had to cut the stainless line. worked fine for me.

I had the same problem with the oil fitting adapter so this is what I did. I cut the stock Banjo fitting and drilled it out then tapped it for a 1/8 npt pipe thread.

Thanks Projekteg! It's amazing what you have to do in a bind. So far no leaks and the turbo is water and oil cooled.

word.

thats very hmt style.

i dig. i might buy that banjo thingy at the bottom, im tired of trying to deal with this fitting and it seems like the easy way out.

all i gotta know is which i should buy.

options are

Banjo Adapter -4 male to 7/16 Hole diameter .425 height (this looks like the winner, the opening is about 12mm, which converts to .462" which is about 7/16 (7/16=.437)

Banjo Adapter -4 male to 10mm Hole diameter .425 height

Banjo Adapter -4 male to 3/8 Hole diameter .425 height

Damn, $6.18 to buy it....$7.57 to ship it. Cmon it weighs like an ounce.
