dam surging/leaking type s BOV
it loosend it alot so when i drive in vac even without letting go gas i can hear its leakin(sweeks)
for some reason the same settings a the dyno i was surging bad
then i drove around with no filter+boost
then i didnt hear any surge at all
is the filter making me surge?

i think they come with 2 springs, one inside the other. take it apart and use the smaller inside spring only and adjust the screw

When youre under vac its only behind the throttle, so your BOV isnt experiencing any vac.
Maybe the vac line to your BOV is leaking or disconnected, that would fit.
