Sounds to me like you're gonna have to pull the engine, tear it down and stop playing the guessing game as to whats wrong with it. If you're running it with broken parts inside the cylinders, chances are that you've turned on the metal blender and your cylinder walls, head are toast.

 

DOHC's dont have "heads" either.

You dont sound like you have near the automotive experience to have a turbo honda as your daily driver, as THINGS WILL BREAK!!! When they do, you gotta be prepared/know what to do to fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time.

i already pulled the engine. didn't have enough time to tear it down but hopefully i will tomarrow. the reason i got this honda was so i could work on the engine and get some experience engine wise since i have none and i work at a customizing shop.

as for ****...
