You race at WIR? That's a really nice setup. Just curious is you made that pie cut 90, why didn't you do another instead of using a press bent 90 right after it? Kinda defeats the purpose doesn't it or did you need something with a tighter bend? Your over by Lake Michigan aren't you by like the Sheboygan or Manitowoc area?

Yeah I needed a tighter bend and that worked good. I live close to appleton but I go to school in Oshkosh.

This manifold is a piece of ----! I've welded it about 5-6 times already, its a weekend ritual, every weekend I pull it off, buy a new gasket and weld it up.

Edit: its been over a month now since I've had to weld on the manifold, I think it will be alright now.

Well After I welded it up about 7 or 8 times it seemed to stop cracking. I finally said ---- it and re-welded all the seems, stop-drilled and welded up all the cracks. I took a die grinder to radi out the cracks before welding them, and it seemed to do the trick it went almolst a month without cracking, well it still hasnt I just had to put it away for winter.

nope, I've been waiting until I get the tune real nice, those 1000's are pretty hard to tune with, I just figured out the whole injector battery offset thing and that seems to make some diff. but again I dont drive it so I cant really tell.
