Well im new to the site, ill start with, http://asian.girls-fucked.com/, ive got a thing for asian girls :y
anyway been floating around reading up on some of the fukin awesome builds u got goin on here and decided to give it a shot. Anyway i did my second motor swap in my 95 hatch with a "new" jdm motor lol ! and decided it needed some more kick to it so i would start off small. Here is my set up:
Garrett T25 (99 GSX), HF manifold and adapter plate
1G DSM BOV
DSM injectors, with resistor pack
Walboro fuel pump
custom downpipe - 2.5" exhaust (megan)
AEM wideband, Autometer boost, and oil pressure gauge
Cometic Head gasket, arp studs
Ebay intercooler and pipes
with this set up i dyno'd 170 WHP 165ftlb, was hoping for a lil more but the boost hits about 8lbs then drops to 7lbs and fluctuates a bit, my tuner said that if i held at the 8-9psi i would prob hit 185-190. I have my wastegate ran to the nipple on the compressor tho and am guessing if i go str8 off the manifold i could get that extra psi or close (lol i already want more). Only problem so far is that i have a bit of an aggressive bend in my oil return which i think is backing up and putting some oil in the exhaust, might need another rebuild we will see. lol thanx, oh i got a question is there a fitting with a nipple on it that will thread into the oil return on the t25 instead of the regular AN fittings they have. I need to loose some length on the fitting to get rid of the angle i have going and thats the only way i can think of. Thanx for the reply in advance.

That looks nice and clean, and your torque is right there with your hp #'s, I bet it's fun to drive. Can you not just cut the fitting you have down some, and clamp your return line onto it somehow??

i dont think the fitting will give me enough if i cut it but im looking at these stealthmode lines and they look pretty promising thanx tho. Im guessing these drain flanges are universal then?

lol yeah i figured if i was gonna spend money it should be on the management. It really wasnt that bad tho dont wanna plug another tuner on xeno's site tho. i overspent on alot of parts and some items i didnt need lol, plus buying another engine cuz i worry about everything all in all it wasnt to bad, and she moves better, alot better, than b4. I want to get back on the dyno after i reroute the wastegate vacuum source tho, we'll see.

cdm boost controllers are mad cheap, try that. i run my WG right off the turbo saves running like 3 ft of vacuum line.

I think you are jumping the gun a little fool.

He was trying to say that he didn't think that he ought to "plug" another tuner on HMT, which is now owned by Xenocron/Chris Harris.

just a lil update changed the routing of the return line no more smoke :) they should really lable Home depot as an automotive store lol. This is how bad it was..

stupid car decided to start pissin oil looks like rear main but im not loosin anything noticable on the dipstick even tho im leavin puddles... Wonder if its the trans, well ill update after i get it on a lift tommorow for now ill keep an eye on everything.

Oven cleaner is your friend.

Clean the area thoroughly, I pressure clean my ---- every other month. Not because I think it looks nice but to see where I'm leaking oil.

Which side of the car is the puddle on? Pissing usually makes me think that something ate ----, I'm guessing you have a trickle.

thanx for the quick reply lol, yeah its drippin im just mad at it so pissin oil sounded better. Its on the pass side right where the shield for the flywheel is, also i see a good buildup where the linkage meets the trans (can actually squeeze oil out of the little rubber boot) but ive gotta get a good look at it, really didnt want to have to pull the trans but rear main or trans seals ill have to either way sigh >:(

Is it all around the underside of the tranny?

Or is it leaking from inside? Like wipe it away and see where it runs from, if it's inside you could be right and the front seal might've went.

Is the tranny making a low oil noise? I've hit a bump and had the drain bolt on the tranny get fucked up and leak, bump being more like a big ass curb.

trans isnt makin any noise as of now, there is deff. oil on the underside of the trans but also around the shield and passanger side of oilpan... dripping mostly from the shield tho, i think the pan bolts are overtorqued tho thats where ill start.

Oh yea, that might be it if your engine oil pressure isn't dropping. Leaking gaskets are the most annoying thing ever. That and warped valve covers, ---- that ----.

i deff. feel ya on that one so hard to find where they comin from, i usually spray everything down with brake clean and use shop air on it other than that the car runs beautiful and i think im addicted to boost. Its just my motor sweatin alil bit anyway, Worst comes to worst she blows up ill just buy another D lol.

well new update for anyone who cares lol... Pulled the trans could see the shitty rear main leaking past some RTV that some :1 must have used cuz they pinched the seal when installing. Decided since i have the trans out might as well get the new clutch (ACT street package) and decided to give the OBX LSD a try (after rebuilding it a bit), but everything back in and no more oil leak :)... for now. Ill post my pics up when i get my computer cables back, and i should be running on another dyno, that u can do 1/4 mile runs on, on monday (we'll see how that goes).

well i ran into a new problem that i gotta figure out >:(. ive got some kind of boost leak. It spikes up to 9 psi then drops down and hangs at 6-5, which i thought may be normal for the internal wastegate but i threw on a MBC and it spikes to 10 then holds at 9 for a bit but when i hit around 5500rpm the boost falls off back down to 6-5ish. Any suggestions as to where i should be looking imma smoke test the system then put some pressure to it if i dont see anything through the exhaust, but just wondering if this problem sounds like something in particular or if its just a normal leak. Cuz making 135 hp and 139ft lbs is really not gonna work for me, especially after seeing 170/165 on my last dyno pull >:( Sorry bout the new long ass post but im pissed at my car again. Waiting for my dyno run to upload 1/4 mile on the dyno is cool but i hope i wont really run a 16.2 pass at the track, this pisses me off.

Go back to your automotive HQ (homeboy depot) and get two 1.5" caps, then get a complete valve stem from a real auto store. Drill a hole in 1 cap & put the stem in it, then put 1 cap in place of the TB, one in place of the turbo outlet. Add a bunch of air into the stem, then listen for hissing. Wet down the welds/couplers/bov to find the exact spot.

ok so made my little boost leak detector and found my Bov had a lil crack in it so i need a new one. But here is the weird problem, I got her to hold 9 psi and ran her on the dyno... made the same power as 5psi that it dropped to b4, which doesnt make much sence since the leak doesnt seem that bad. The other thing is my A/F is running real rich at full boost (10:1) and i dont know if thats just because thats as low as the Eugo goes, also verified this reading with the mustang dyno's wideband. It was not running this rich after the tune so i am kind of lost, it idles a little rich about 13.9:1 cruises lean like it should so i dont know if something is up with the tune or what.

Is it possibly because you tuned it with a boost leak and the table is retarded for higher boost?
