d15 classical rod problem ( updated with pics )

As most of you have seen, I dyno my car to 231HP
its a stock d15z6 with a thicker head gasket

Iam concerned about the Rods and pistons.
What would you guys advise, in a ghetto way.
Would any Rods fit from another Car make maybe?
If i just buy forged rods, can i stay with stock pistons?

I dont know what to do, i wish i could afford a Forged set
THx for Help ;D

Re:d15 classical rod problem

You can use rods from a ZC and they are alot stroger than the d15 rods also you can use your stock pistons. Another choice is Ls rods from an Integra but you mite have to have the bushings machined to make them fit but they are very strong and are a hell of alot cheaper than after market rods.

Re:d15 classical rod problem

Not true
the brown top ZC's have the thickest and strongest rod's of the D-series...and non of the 1.6 rod's will fit in a 1.5
The 1.6 rod's are 3mm longer I would worry about the pistons hitting the valves are get the block decked??

Semons is right. The was a thread about this a long time ago. D15 rods with d15 block and D16 rods With D16 blocks or you go for a dissater when you crank it over if it ever does.
