saw this kit on ebay. What do you guys think quality or crap? If this kit si good i would change it for a t25.

Well its Chinese for sure and that ------- still hasn't shipped my Chinkville wastegate!

can you remomend any with charge piping for a civic? as its next to impossible to get piping around here.

Well .. you can use 2.5" mild steel pipes and then bend/cut them into place. Hold them together with silicone...

Or drain pipes, depending on how much getto you want to get ;D
As for running 5-7 psi of boost. Those rods in the D14 make the rods in the D15 look massive.
Just be carfull

im a d14 owner like you.. i used a t3 .42 .48 and i think it was a good choice. spools around 3000 full boost by 3500-4000 and holds boost till redline. a t25 could do good too but it will be a problem later if you wanna upgrade your setup
