Default Cylinder reinforcment

Im building my b18 block for my integra and im hearing of all the different kinds of ways to reinforce the sleeves to keep them from cracking or warping. I know of block posting, filling the block, and obviously the block guard. What is the best method for high boost?

Sleeves would be the best option, next I would say filling, posting helps a little just like block guards that have been know to create issues with people around here.
