EVO you are a god damned moron.
EVERYONE knows Toyoat turbo's are bullshit for reasons. The realiability is pitiful, the bearings are nearly as bad as those found in newer KKK's yet the seals are worse than large IHI's. The non CT26a flow is inferior to that of a simply T3, yet the CT26a serves no purpose as a diversion to any class of t3/t4 hybrid. To which it won't out-spool, nor begin to out-power.
Toyota turbo's are piles of ----. Ebay it for $100 to some ------- idiot like evo and buy yourself a garret, ihi, mhi, or bw. You know... Something that doesn't ------- suck.
And you can cram whatever t04E wheel you want in a CT26. They're still low reliability, SLOW spooling pieces of ---- once they hog the crap turbine housing out and clip the blades.

In conclusion, If you don't know what you're talking about, stop mother ------- posting. Ive had more Toyota turbo and superchargers apart in my hands than youve had **** in yours. Including your own, and your mothers.

Not in the mood for a pissing contest. Im not telling the guy to go out and buy a ct26 , he already has it so all im sayin is that he should just go ahead and use it. You and alot of internet bandwagoners lead folks to believe that a ct26 will blow apart the minute you take the car out for the first drive. It wont. I may not be a turbo guru like you and i never said i was all i said is that i have friends who used this turbo with no complaints. Im not pretending to know anything that i dont .

With every post you fall more into the ---- crevice than the post before it.

I am no bandwagon for ANYTHING but good -----.

I am ------- SAYING Toyota turbo's are HORRIBLE AT EVERYTIHNG of my own experiance, and actual KNOWLEADGE about them.
Me saying "THEY ------- SUCK" is coming not JSUT from:
A Very good Ex-Toyota Tech or
A Very good Ex-Toyota Tech with TONS of 3s-gte Celica and MR2 upgrade experiance of EVERY 3s-gte generation but

WHERE IS YOUR ABILITY TO FACE FACTS COMMONLY KNOWN, AND ALREADY WIDELY REPORTED??
Toyota turbo's:
  • Have poor reliability across the board
Have Poor performance across the board
Have poor performance UPGRADE PATHS across the board

Ya you douchebag you say, "I don't want a pissing contest with you" now... When you should have realized your *** was tomahawked to the damn wall before your first post was even made. In conclusion... Yes you jackass wannabe. You are not only pretending what you don't know. You're in massive denial about it. You already had an easy out in this thread by simply not posting your idiotic viewpoint in it, but hell if you want to keep posting here's a thought. Why don't you disprove that the bearings and seals do not work well, that the turbine sections are trash, that their flanges, oiling, and cooling jackets are all peachy to use and that the only part of the ENTIRE CT26 lot that is worth the least bit of ---- is the CT26a compressor side...

Toyota CT turbo's should absolutely NEVER be the basis of any project. Be that a custom Turbo project, or even a project requiring more than it can provide OEM on the engine they came on.

I hear the diesl versions are good, but won't comment as we dont get them in north america... Which doesn't matter b/c the small diesel BW, and IHI's are probably 3x the turbo's in the first place...

But tis manily under all the outside stuff where the manin difference is…….even the smallest T3/4 will outflow a CT26…lets not even speak about the big ones…..
As per my Above statement.

The CT20/26 is a Production turbo so you are only going to get Production performance, and Production performance SUCK. thats why we do Turbo Upgrades. is the Turbo Okay or good i dont know but what we do know is that there are better ones out there so why wast your time?

I have had a CT20 turbo and i had all the faith in the world but when it came to being competitive it wasnt(compare to the other turbo's that are avalible)
