cracked 14b

Re: cracked 14b
The easiest solution is to just get a 7cm housing off a 16g. They don't crack. The 14b cracks because it's old and the 6cm housing has a manufacturing defect. A 7cm housing, while not easy (or cheap) to find by itself, will not crack for a long time, if ever. The 7cm housing off the EVO316G (has to be genuine) is legendary, It is cast with a ---- ton of nickel and is virtually uncrackable. I've never seen a cracked one. You could also just buy a blown 16g for like $80 and just use the hotside off it. Or yes, cut out the flapper, fill the hole like a ----------er including the cracks, and then run it external, but that seems like a whole lot of work for a 14b lol.
