Agreed. Looks like aluminum with a bit of tarnish/oxide.

i really doubt that its copper.
copper will turn dark brown as it oxidizes, sometimes green ( statue of liberty ).

so seems cloude was right - IC with copper spray

found it on the net for chep, guy who is selling claims it is copper - i'll give it up and find bigger alumn one.
