is coolant line good for this, i have 3/4in., or should i use something else

 

for the return i don's see why not, it's not under pressure the return is fed by gravity.

 

Isnt coolant under pressure and oil isnt?

 

If you are talking about radiator hose, I wouldnt use it, the oil coming from the turbo is going to be to hot for the rubber to hold up for long. Go to NAPA and get some green neopreen or silicone hose, its expensive($15.00-$20.00 per foot) but it will last.

 

1" purosil is 3$ an inch here!!!! maise well buy teflon SS.

i dont see why they dont sell just rubber with teflon lining..

 

Summit racing sells SS braided hose for like $15 for 3 feet (-6 an) and larger at equally reasonable prices. True, when you start buying a bunch of fittings it gets pricey (I live 30 minutes away from their main retail store, and I blew $700 there on Sunday, I know, but it's still not bad. Russell is the cheapest fittings they have, BTW.
