Default ct9 turbo

n e one know about a toyota ct9 turbo
its very small and is found on a toyota GT starlet in japan
i was wonderin if it is possible to use such a small turbo with out problems

hey thats a lil fellow. its stock on 4EFTE starlets. i think max efficiency is around 11-12 psi, any more than that an its alot of hot air. you might try this site and its boards for more tech info http://www.toyotagtturbo.com/

I think it might be a bit too small for a d-series...deffinately to small for a b-series.
I got the CT20 on my ZC and it works like a chram

yes pretty small for D series. a toyota 4EFTE is a 1.3L

i aint plan on running more than 5 psi

explain why would it be too small for a d series

Try it, but I guess it will die out pretty quick.....nice power down-under, but when you get to the higher RPM's you will have less power than when you're stock

if its going to kill my top end i wont even bother i am going to sell it and look for another turbo
