Default colder plugs

How many steps colder plugs should I get for my 7psi'd kit? It's only putting out around 160-170whp but still know colder plugs would still help out with the added boost. I had one step last time I had my car boost but would 2 step colder plugs be too much? This is on a y7 with a small IHI snail and I really never see going over 10psi anytime soon. Help?

stock plugs are fine, but one step colder will be plenty if you want them. i put mine in yesterday and gapped them at about .27, the car seems to run a little richer, but pulls a little stronger up top.

My car starts to bog on the high rpms so what the hell and I haven't changed the plugs in awhile so it can't hurt anything but only help. Thanks teg.

just be sure to gap them, the stock gap on the bkr7e-11's is .39 i believe, you should gap them to anywhere between .25 and .39
