Default Cold weld stuff?

Does the cold welder stuff they sell at autoshops work. I plan on using it to cover the sunk bolts on my adapter plate to make it flat for my gasket. Will it take heat?

I bet it would work, but if a chunk of that ---- melted and went down your turbo....

don't know about that ----. used it years ago on a manifold. worked at first but then fell right out about a week later. maybe heat was the culprit. i wouldn't use it if i were you.
