This clutch did'nt have serious grip, 15psi is all it took to get it to slip (with foot off the clutch).

About half the bolt length or so. It seemed to me there was plenty of clamping.

The rear main did have some dribble running down, but the PP and disc was completly dry & clean.
Yes the clutch was slipping with high boost.

Maybe.

1st-3rd gear burnout + some slipping for some reason really messed my ACT 6 puck up just earlier tonight... Sounds a lot like your vid. It isnt disengaging fully either and its a real pain in the *** to shift. I'll tear it down tomorrow and see what happened

lol shane that was my spec stage 5, it was a 3 puck unsprung (stock type pp), virtually undriveable and a pain in the *** all around. It didnt last long in low boost at all, maybe a couple days? That double diaphram clutchnet 6 puck sprung has a much heavier pedal than stock but it holds ANYTHING. Never Ever had a problem with the clutchnet, it outlasted 2 motors and burnouts/racing. AFAIK pucked clutches dont require much of a break in, as long as the flywheel surface is pretty decent and unglazed/non warped/not beat go to town. Organic and Kevlar (esp Kevlar) disks absolutely REQUIRE a break in period. Also, pucked clutches can be soaked in oil and it wont affect them nearly as much as an organic or kevlar, which will burn up quickly.

Well then I guess I cant blame my spec sucking because of a leaky rear main seal. (wonder if sythentic had any thing to do with that, was'nt a OEM seal)

I started my install last night with clutchnet PP & 4 puck disc. The disc springs are completely held in with the plate, so it's impossible for the spring to pop out. Thats kinda nice.
