dude is a piece of cake, you guys make it sound like its the end of the world to use a 1/8npt fitting on a honda block. Just run a DIE (like a tap and die set) that cuts threads. Get the 1/8npt die and it will just make a nice cut on your extension before you put it in the block, if you want I can take some pictures for you guys,, shhesh.

Sunpro make s a "gauge adapter kit" that they sell at Autozone for $5 or $6.. comes with the perfect BSP male to NPT female fitting. Plus, I ended up using another one of the fittings for my oil feed into the turbo, it was a bit tight, but ----, that thing isn't gonna leak!!
