fyi: keep the boost under 6 psi on a stock compression motor. 6 psi is fun and reliable. you shouldnt need anymore adrenaline than that. if you do, then it may be safer for you to start a narcotics habit to satisfy your craving..

6 psi sounds good to me lol I race the Chopper a bit also so I just picked up a Pingel electric shifter for it , Got a super deal on it. Dont know if your familiar with them or not but its so hard to shift this bike while trying to stay on it when racing so its gonna cut down the times big time.

yes. otherwise there is no way to regulate the pressure. without a return line the pump would produce maximum fuel pressure.

Okay, Any idea what has to be done to the Carb for a Blow through setup, I know the bowl needs to be changed to brass to handle the pressure but I have no Idea after that.

the atmosphere pressure signal(vent) that goes into the float bowl needs to be routed to your intake plenum. this will allow boost to pressurize the bowl.

Did this ever get done? I'm guessing not. Just curious. I'm planning the same thing with FI 1700cc V-twin. \m/
