Check this over for me before I start and screw something up type thread...
I think I have everything needed to have my d16z6 crx turbo'd this coming weekend. Could some of you guys check this over for me before I start to make sure I have everything needed.
Parts List-
HF Manifold
BMCRace Adapter Plate
T25 Garret from 95 eclipse gsx
DSM o2 Housing
Stealthmode Oil Lines*
Piece of pipe for oil pan **
DIY Master Boost Controller to get to 10#s of boost
DSM 450s
DSM 1G BOV and pipe with flange
DSM Sidemount 2G (got it for 20$ from a buddy)
Using Uberdata on P28
Autometer Boost/Vac Gauge
Blitz FATT
Charge Pipes***
Silicon Couplers Blue stuff
T-Bolt Clamps
Misc Vac Hoses
* What should I do about coolant lines... where do I get adapters to screw into turbo? Lowes?
** What kind of material should I use for this part and what size ID diameter and length? JB Weld okay to use?
*** What size pipe should I use... 2.25" or 2.5"?
Is this all I need to get this thing on the car and running? Anything else I should get before I start disassembly/install?
Thanks for all your help. Hope to be boosting with you here soon.

This dude gets the best newb of the week award. First couple posts and he's not asking on "What size turbo for my Black-Honda-Civic-DX-bought from friend in SOCal-I'm gay by the way-93
" He acutally must have read too seeing he is using uberdata. I'm impressed. WAY TO GO DUDE!!!

I have been researching this turbo idea for a while now... started out I wanted to go with a JRSC but then i head better performance with a turbo setup... so I decided to do that. I have went through a couple of turbos that were "good" from people on ebay and got ripped everytime, so this time around I found a good one from a friend who heard i was going to use a te04h.... He was like don't bother... use this one instead. Saved me from having to clock the thing.
Anyway, does it look like I have everything covered? Thanks

You don't need coolant lines. If you do, get some barbed fittings from Home Depot. I'm not sure what you want to do about the tubing... I used rubber fuel line and it's $4 a foot! Quite an expensive project...
You're probably going to run to the store for other ----, like vacuum barb fittings, nuts and bolts, or clamps and ----. Do what you can now (like gauges) and leave more time to the more complicated stuff. Do you have to modifythe injector seals? Remove the A/C?
I'm surprised the Stealthmode kit doesn't come with a return oil pan flange... Or maybe it does. Welding is obviously best, but some people get by with JB Weld. I would also do a test fit of the manifold & turbo and try to figure out where to put the IC. If that ---- don't fit, it can take longer than a weekend to figure out how to get it to work.

I have the dremel for the injector seals... Got new ones so I will do those tonight or tomorrow. AC was removed last year when i swapped the z6 into my crx. I don't like ac anyway... makes me sick... smells funny. Anway, thanks for the info. I guess I will just wait to put the coolant lines on for now.
I picked up a saab sidemount intercooler that is clean. I might use that untill I can get a front mount next month. I will just zip strip that thing in between the radiator and bumper. It is pretty small. I will deff have some pics from this project too.
Thanks for the help guys.
