how often does the CEL come on? what are the normal conditions that make it pop up? i would guess it is the chip that is in your ecu. who did your basemap? even if it is a basemap it should still drive fine unless the guy who made it is a complete moron

so other then that it runs like complete ---- with no CEL? and it sounds liek you just got th emotor back in and started up after a rebuild, might want to triple check all plugs and grounds to make sure everythign is nice and tight.

440s injectors on a stock ecu don't work to well it dumps way to much fuel. You as may want to check his soldering in the ecu to make sure he did i good job a bad connection could ---- it all up.

did you forget to wire up the resistors with the new injectors?
oh and close the gap to about .029 to .032, .044 is way to big. for the record the best plugs to run on a turbo civic are the NGK BCPR7ES

should i just put back the OEM injectors and ECU and see how the car runs? if so would i have to change back to OEM fuel pump as well?

there are differant impedence injectors, some need a resistor box or inline resistors to work properly. let me search and see if your RC's need them.
