I am running a PVC charge pipe the rest is metal. And Home Depot Rubber elbows.

ive said this before...but either go dumpster diving at an exhaust shop or make friends with someone who has a truck or a v8 car that is pulling their stock exhaust off. A lot of cars and trucks have nice sized piping (2 1/4, 2 1/2, 3 inch) with decent bends. Mustangs are great for this, they have some nice tight bends at the back. low budget ftw

buy a cheap manual pipe bender that can handle 2.5" aluminum piping. buy some cheap aluminum pipes and bend away. or buy the ebay stuff and make it fit. I would choose that over pvc as it can release toxic fumes when it heats up or melts.

I am guessing that he wants the cheapest ---- possible.

Just like Ghetto said, go diving behind a muffler shop. They will have some stuff out back that you can use. It might be a little rusty but you can source some bends and ---- from there.
