Is the front bumper suport brace nesicary on an 95 civic, it dos not look that structural

It is preventing me from using the larger IC i have, lol, id rather use the bigger on i got, but it sits to low with the suport bar there,....if it wasnt there i would not have trouble routing my pipes any more lol....

 

to pass inspection all you have to have is injectors in your hood that look like there hooked up to something if they get picky or you want to just swap the bottle in when you go for it thats what my budy did

well good news is my neighbors, have a race stang and they do all ther fab work....they dont weld aluminum, but there budy up the road dose, so im a get him to come down with his truck, and maby i can limit the whole set up to just 3 couplers so
