Charge pipes ??
Im almost done with my swap/turbo and i was installing my charge pipes, and im not sure about going from the turbo to the intercooler. Its a 95 civic, with a b18b. My thought was to ditch the washer fluid pump, and find a smaller one to relocate or put where the stock one is just so that it sits higher,....
what do yall do to get it to work,,, the bumper wont go on if i run the pipe under the washer resevour... |
Re: Charge pipes ??
I ended up removing the washer fluid reservoir which is the easiest way to go, but it's possible to go above/around it.

Re: Charge pipes ??
Remove it and just rock a spray bottle. Do what you must to satisfy the boost gods.

Re: Charge pipes ??
i took mine out. just wash the window every time you get gas and/or have a bottle of water/windshield fluid in the car

Re: Charge pipes ??
ive never had to take that off, even in my crx with ls and super tightness.
on egs is super easy to have the compressor outlet facing down and do a 90 and just go under the washer bottle and under everything else. get creative. ;) |
Re: Charge pipes ??
I always went under. if you have a steel charge pipe then you'll be fine. Mine were plastic and I scraped them and they still held up till I hit a dead deer one time and it collapsed the piping. I just replaced it for cheap.
