Default Charge Pipe Question

Kind of a newb question.... but I am able to hook up charge pipes using only couplers and piping... or is it not a good idea because most people around here seem to get all their pipes welded...

could I just buy a charge pipe kit... cut it to the right length and bends... use the couplers and be good to go

thanks

for your typical HMT setup that will be fine. Make sure you use bar and plate clamps/ Tbolt clamps

IF they start to blow off you can bend the end a bit, put some hairspray on the pipe, etc... good to 20psi or so.

Ive run all sorts of IC pipe setups that were less reliable than the one you just described and have had very few problems on any of my builds.

Either way is perfectly fine.

or lowes if your not lucky enough to have home depot.

You can get most of the charge piping items at most hardware stores unless your serious in the boonies. Well all boonies have a hardware store that backs as the local grocery
