Default Changed Head Gasket, still got problems!!!

Well I originally threw a rod on my D15 Mini me from overboosting one night while tuning. Well I changed the block but not the headgasket and I was getting bubbles in my coolant and overheating.
So I decided to put a new headgasket(Honda OEM Z6) on. Everything seemed okay but after about 50 miles of highway driving I blew a coolant hose on the back of the block. It is the one going from the thermostat housing to the Intake Manifold. Anyways this is the same one that had been busting before, I've blown like three of them so far.
Well I decided to do a leakdown test because it seems like I am still getting air into my coolant system. The leakdown test turned out okay, all the cylinders where 2-3%.
Could the turbo be leaking air into the coolant since it is a water-cooled one. Or is it still a possibility of a bad head or head gasket.
Well if anyone has a Z6 they want to sell here in Texas for cheap let me know cause I think I am just going to get one because of the stronger block and lower compression.
Thanks in advance for any help.
Kurt

your using both oil and water for your turbo rightif so. id say just use oil and forget the water and see what happens. maybe the turbo is heating the water up. well it is heating it up. but hotter than it should be. so i say leave it oil cooled. forget the water.

Did you get your head resurfaced? or at least checked it for warpage?? could be that its warped and still ------- your ---- up like if it was running on a blown head gasket

Looks like you need a new thermostat

or try burping the coolant system.

Well, I tried changing the thermostat and radiator cap with new ones already. I have also burped the system many times.
The head may be warped but it seems unlikely since the car has never actually overheated, just got hot. Also I just did a leakdown last night and it should have showed up, right?
I think I am going to try and bypass the turbo since it really doesn't need to be water-cooled. If that does the trick, I'll be suprised, just my kinda bad luck.
Thanks for the help, keep the suggestions coming.

yeah, like you just said, i would just unhook the coolant lines to the turbo, and see if this solves your problem. if you haven't overheated, and your leak down results came back good, then no, more than likely your head is straight. i'm pretty sure it has something to do with the coolant going/coming from the turbo.

Ya, that's the only thing I can think of. I drove 50 miles and it never overheated. It's like it is getting too much pressure or something and busting the hose.
