I understand my setup, just why there are filters on some? I would think if you want to have boost and vacuum flow thru them then there shouldnt be any exit point until the intended location ( ie. pcv, IM, or preintake turbo)

Correct.

I would love to do a setup with a preturbo slashcut, but I have a filter directly on the turbo.
