want to know if anybody know where i can get it at. it looks the same as the standard 5 blot flange but a little bigger
if no stainless than steel will do.

they should have the design file, because they make it in mild steel. why do u want stainless?

Also, if i remember correctly, a regular 5 bolt can be made to fit the mercedes if u cut out the area between the edge of the flange and the bolt holes...u shouldnt have a problem getting a regular 5 bolt in stainless(lsd stocks them)

the reason i want stainless is cause i have some ss bends and wanted to have it all stainless.


from what i rembered i think if you did it like that you would have to get a big washer to put on the bolt so the washer would clamp the fange on to the turbo. and i dont know how that would seal up. i will have to look at it again to make sure if your right.

 

I have a regular 5-bolt ss laser cut flange for $12.50 shipped. There was a problem with the laser and it didn't cut all the way through so I had to redrill a couple holes but it's in perfect working order.
