got it fixxed
i tightened the wastegate and everything is fine now. boosting 10 psi and feels great. guess my boost controller isn' ttoo great after all but it's sorta bleeding off boost right now like it's supposed to do so i'm happy
. i gott aget it retuned at WOT for 10psi now though
