just putting it out there but are you running an intercooler? If not could your intake temps be to high that at 4500rpms you aren't making any power?

well I took the wastegate off and just cleaned the crap out of it. oiled the spring up and slapped it back on. Put a new mbc on and it runs fine now holds a solid 10 psi now.
