ok heres my setup... zc 14b ported exhaust housoing...hf mani stock wastegate.. side moount ic...2 inch pipeing...i got my setup all hooked up and ready to go...got the car running and i got even get it to read 1 psi...i even got rid of my boost controller and ran my vac line straight to my wastegat and still nothing....it seems like the turbo is to big and wont spool...any ideas..plz let me know

 

Post pics and specs. What turbo are you using?

Is this under driving conditions or are you just revving the motor?
Dose the arm on the waste gate have play?
Have you checked to see if your BOV is closing?
Check your charge pipes for leaks.

 

Whoops, I missed the 14b part. Hey, I'm trying to help the guy. I just missed that.

 

Car wont build boost just reving the motor unless its off the limiter If your driving the car and you arnt getting any boost u probably have a charge pipe off or a really bad exhaust leak pre turbo.

your right i was just reving the engine...but i still thought u would get some type of boost i knew it wouldent be much..but i thought i still could get it up to atleast a positive pressure on my boost gauge.... i appreciate everyones help instead of just flamming me...this project has been a ------- joke this whole build..everything that could go wrong has..

 

i bulild 3psi from 6 to 9k but i have a 3in all the way back still have lag though
