Can downpipe / Oilpan clearance cause overheating?

But is the fan turning on when it should? And did you install a new radiator or a used one?
If the fan is turning on, and the radiator is new then I would look at your tune.

got a emanage in there now. its pretty conservative. could pulling too much timing cause some heat?
gonna try to rig a oil cooler.

i banged out a 2.5 pipe so now its like 1.75 high and like 3.25 wide. tryin to get some clearance.
