Default CAM question???

ok, im running a Gude bullfrog cam (already had it from when i was running n/a And nitrous set up). I’m still running while boosting. I’ve read over and over again that race cams aren’t good for boosting due to back pressure and that stock is better. My question is…..would I make more power with boosting and a stock cam then I’m making now….?
I mean I running 104.9 trap speeds with my set up, to me and for me…that’s great…lol (got to work on my traction issue… 14.5 1/4).
Would it be better with a stock cam or is it just healthier for the motor to run stock cams when boosting?
and is it one of them things i just have to find out for myself, by just swapping and seeing the difference...

Thanks.

well i have a zex 59300 cam in my y8 which is suppost to be an all motor cam. Once boosted I swapped back to the stock cam and then back to the zex cam to compare. The stock cam caused my power to die off up to so much more than the zex cam. Even though it is an all motor cam it seems that people pretty much use the zex cam for any kind of setup on the sohc. I'm not sure what the specs are on the bullfrog cam.

Boost likes bigger lift and duration.....what is bad is overlap. Because the pressurized Air/Fuel just exits the cylinder before it's even ignited.
