Default Building a Air/Water IC

ok I wanted somehitng to do ad make. This is what I was thinking...

Get the typical tank lines and water pump with the cooler that goes in front and run that to a S bend seciton of 2.25" piping., Around the pipe would be tightly wrapeed copper tubing and this all would be inside a nice aluminum tig welded box polished of coarse

Any input..?

u would need a hell of alot of copper tubing and it would have to be wrapped hella tite.

i dont think it would be cost effective when u can get a dsm cooler and tig a box around it for cheaper..

but yeah that is an idea for a "no intercooler" setup.

ok well i spent 30 min and hooked up some plastic hose used for air bag suspension I had lying around. I wraped it tight for about 12" and added some nice black tape Attached this to my window washer sprayer pump to the wound tubing then to my old small oil cooler infron bumper back to the top of tank. IT actually pumps prettyquick and defenitly is an approvement. the pipieisreall cold not sure about air tho

addedsome ice too

the best way to do this ---- would be to make it outta copper pipe. it would weigh a ------- lot. when its copper u can solder on the pipe on the outside and it would transfer heat awsome.

of course like 12 ft of copper pipe 2" wide is like 100$
lol

but its a thought..
