---- I did the same but it doesnt even look that ghetto. Cut the flange off the oem piping then weld it onto your gnu piping. good to go. maybe reinforce with some JB....

buy me a spool of .035 come to my house and ill weld it for you
is it mild or aluminum?
Im having the wiring for the tig installed this week so if you want it tig we may have that option available soon.

cool, i just need the receive my "U-J" mandrel bend... it's aluminized steel

I did that, i didnt even have a flang, i jb welded by rfl right into a big *** hole in a charge pipe and filled the gap with jb weld, it held 10 psi fine and didnt leak
