so does anybody know how to get that type of sound i've mentioned? is it just a SSQV BOV? or SSQV BOV+WASTEGATE FLUTTER(HOW)= really cool turkey/pigeon/ch..ch..ch..ch....ch.. sound?

The only thing I can think of what you are hearing is a shitty blow off valve going off late and your hearing a combination of compressor surge and the blow of valve.
Compressor surge fades away just like that, it sounds retarded.
