The only thing I can think of what you are hearing is a shitty blow off valve going off late and your hearing a combination of compressor surge and the blow of valve.

Compressor surge fades away just like that, it sounds retarded.

 

I probably described it all wrong. Damn some of you have to watch option videos or play Sega GT on xbox!
