yup.
It depends on the size of the turbo and also how you tight you put the spring on the BOV

That's one thing I've never understood. How does load make a difference? The turbo works off the velocity of air coming out of the exhaust manifold, so how is airflow at 4000rpm at idle different than the airflow at 4000rpm in gear? I would think the same amount of air is coming through the exhaust regardless of load. I'm probably way off but I don't understand how it's any different.
