Default BOV Mounting Question

Ok, well I had the opportunity to get a BOV for cheap, so I figured what the heck, and I bought it. Now that I have it, I'm lookin' at it, and I don't quite understand how to mount it to the charge pipe. It's a TCC Work BOV Type 1, at least that's all the writing on it. This is the only pic I could find of it, it's the small silver one.http://www.ricerockets.org/kuvat/esite1/esite05.jpg

Does anyone have any ideas on how to mount it?

It said universal type BOV right, you will have to weld the flange to the charge pipe. Take the section of charge pipe to a muffler shop and tell them to weld it on real quick. Should not be a problem.
