you dont do it while they are spinning, you do it before you start it. and dont rev the engine like a moron.

Oh man its not that big of a deal. I have done it with two cars and two separate turbos. The ecu thing is fine too I guess. dang gon scarred little nig nag.

NOT neeeeeeded. It's like what, 80psi of oil on start-up? Yeap, prime it, cuz it's sure to screw up your turbo annnnnnnnd if you really want to do it, just turn the key to "ON" and I'm like 79% syre oil squirts just like the injectors do.

Okay, David told me to just start it because start-up oil psi is high enough to throw enough oil in there. That's point one, next take of your feed line and turn the key to "ON" it squirts oil to prime. I remember doing it now into a coffee can.

W0rd. It's fine like I said to, it'll be oiled in .3 seconds anyway. If you have a man's turbo it won't spin at idle anyway.


I should post the vid of me at the dyno and my Dad holding the charge pipe of the turbo on so it wouldn't blow off during some pulls. Got forearm burns and went back to it with some shop rags in his hand and some courage. Love my Dad.
