Bought new t25 check it out.

Bought new t25 check it out.
Alright i bought this of someone who said it is supposed to be brand new and ball bearing.
The plates on it read
Silver plate
30425-32 CHRA THO558F
Red plate: UKMO119 465749 5001
My main questions are
I believe it has the ports for water and oil right? Must i run both if it will be drag only.
Is there any way to tell if it is ball bearing?
Can i clock it so the outlet doesnt face the block? If so what do i have to do to make the wastegate work, the actuator arm must be changed right?
I only see one nipple how do is that gonna work with the internal gate? Do i need to tap a nipple into the 02 housing?
And last question do u think its new and do u think its worth 200.00 with the 02 housing and 4 flanges?
I appreciate anyone that takes the time to save me some searching trouble with theyre expertise and knowledge.
I will be searching for the next hour or so and checking for replies! Im really excited to finally get my turbo and hope it works right! Thanks in advance.

It does say .48 on the comp side and .49 on the exhaust side.
I did see on garretts site that they offer a bb t25
Please help

I am looking for answers and was polite as i can be. From my research looks like its a t25 but even smaller than a dsm. Something about being based on a t2 right?
I can get my money back if need be. But i would really appreciate some help here.
