very true but there are also t3 to volvo t3 adaptors on ebay. take a pic of the turbo or if it still has a tag on it look at the tag. i dont have a pic of my turbo right now but there is a large bov looking thing on the compressor if yours has that its a mitsu turbo if it doesnt iits a garret. also does the exhaust have 6 bolts or a large clamp looking thing. with that turbo you will need to grind down these litle tabs so you can clock it to work with a honda

its not a wastegate if its on the compressor housing obviously and its not a bov if its on the turbine housings

or just not be an idiot and realize all it takes is some welding and a flange

or just get ur self a legit adapter from that site .. no bullshit just throw it on .. simple as that
