dont take this advice. you can run safely 200hp boost doesn't matter hp does. and that 200hp+or-20 you still have to take into consideration the condition of the engine and how good of a tune you have. its not simple plug and play there is no set boost limit you can run on a stock block becuase 10psi on a t25 and 10psi on a t3 are way different and even different t3 will give different amounts of horse power depending on the size of it so do just put it to 10psi and go rip on it becuase you will likely just blow it up

my zc has a volvo turbo on it. is it the garret or the mitsu tdo5/4 look at the tag or better yet is the bov part of the turbo? spools nice and runs pretty good stock wg is around 5psi and you can run about 12-13 on a z6 with this turbo.

ten psi on a small little turbo will be different then 10psi on a bigger turbo. the pressure maybe the same but the air flow will be different and that is what matters

the bolt holes are reg t3 you just have to throw a bead of weld in the two round areas where the gasket doesnt quite cover and belt sand it flat again took me 10 min. and this turbo with a good tune 10+ psi all day long on a stock z6 hell i will give you my map to start with.
