Boosting a slushbox ?
There's a kid I work with who want to do all this stupid ----(header, intake, vtec head basic bolt-ons) to his car that won't help it out that much being that it's an auto. So I told him your best bang for you buck would to turbo. It's an auto EK DX hatch. I was thinking since it's an auto that a small turbo would be the best since it's gonna shift early with tranny. I was thinking like a dsm t25 or maybe a rhb5. Nothing crazy just a basic kit. I told him I could make it and install it for 600. Since it's obd2 I would just go with a bluebox and keep it simple cause even though it's a simple kit I'll never resort to a FMU and check valves. Any suggestions on how the car would be boosted on a auto tranny?

Dpends on how hard he is on the tranny. I saw a post a while back with a guy who was running a F22 or something with a small lil snail with an auto tranny and babied it for quite a while and it held up untill he sold the car. You can do it, it has been done but eventually, it will die. Just depends on how hard he beats on it and what snail he runs...
