the head has been shaved down alot. I have never seen one that the deck surface was so close to the valves. I don't know if there is a way to messure how much the head has been shaved but a cometic head gasket would be the best way to go.

my 99 GSR is taking 9psi daily and i plan on running the same setup on 12psi next year....that's all on the stock engine too.

275/194 @ 9psi

A good pick for that setup is the stage 1 t3/t04e 0.63/0.70 46 trim. You could also go stage2 or 3 0.48 a/r turbine for an earlier, yet more gradual spoolup but that's gonna be more expensive.

I've heard of gsr bottom ends bein abe to hold 400+ hp...

Far better blocks? The B18c1/5 block is probably the best all around block honda ever made, it's got torque and revs high. Also his CTR cams are probably the best option for a turbo b-series there is, get some adjustable cam gears and your fine with the head.

Exactly, get some cam gears and do some dyno tuning, once you get it tuned for 8 psi, do a little cam tuning.
If the head is shaved a considerable amount do like previously mentioned and get a cometic head gasket to bump down the compression. GSR's love boost, if properly tuned it will handle well over 8psi...

Starting blocks, the ------- things you use while running. That thing you do with your legs, oh wait, your an american.

Running, its like walking moving without a car....

Point is, this guy could part out his tuned N/A motor and get a stock ******* motor with boost. And if he's clever, have some spare change for bling (pistons, rods etc.)

That's a retarded idea, why part it out? Turbo motors need built heads too if you plan on reving high. His head will be perfect for turbo, just get some forged 9:1 pistons and rods and your set for as much boost as you want.
